Session 1: “Collaboration and Clarity: The new SCL(S) Protocol for Expert Joint Statements in Arbitration”
In this session, we will introduce the SCL(S) Expert Joint Statement Protocol, discuss its raison d'être, objectives and key features/guidance/forms. This will be followed by a panel discussion with panel members comprising Singapore & Malaysian experts and lawyers on the implementation of the Protocol in practice.
