Prof. Leslie Chew SC - President, Asia Pacific Institute of Experts; Dean, School of Law at the Singapore University of Social Sciences; Consultant, Peter Low Chambers LLC Prof. Leslie Chew SC is the founding and current Dean of the School of Law at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He has practiced law in one form or another for over 4 decades. He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2000. In 2007 he was appointed a judge in the State Courts where he remained until his retirement in 2014. At the State Courts he was the Senior District Judge leading the Civil Justice Division. He retired from the judiciary in 2014. Upon his retirement from the Singapore Legal Service, he returned to law practice. Currently, he is a Consultant with Peter Low Chambers LLC. He has an active practice as an arbitrator in International Commercial Arbitrations. |

Mr. Gregory Vijayendran SC - Vice President, Asia Pacific Institute of Experts; Former President, Law Society of Singapore; Partner, Dispute Resolution, Rajah & Tann LLP Mr. Gregory Vijayendran’s present practice encompasses a specialisation in litigation, arbitration and mediation of commercial disputes and chancery matters. He is also recognised expert in insolvency and restructuring as well as charities governance. Gregory has given expert witness testimony for overseas court proceedings. Gregory was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019. He has also been appointed as a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore, the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore Institute of Directors. He co authored a chapter in Chesterman etal “Law and Technology in Singapore”(now in 2nd edition). |

Mr. Tom Bennett-Mitrovski - Account Director, Legal Solutions, Epiq Mr. Tom Bennett-Mitrovski is a legal technology specialist and Account Director (ASEAN) at Epiq. Tom is a member of the Executive Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Technology and Innovation Section and sits on two subcommittees: Privacy, Cyber Security and Risk, and AI & Data. Tom also sits on the Law Council of Australia’s Futures Committee. Tom has worked on complex cyber incident response projects, Royal Commissions, large-scale and cross-border litigation matters, arbitrations, internal investigations, and other digital forensics projects. Tom is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and practiced in commercial litigation prior to joining Epiq. |

Dr. Darryl Carlton Dr. Darryl Carlton is a leading authority on artificial intelligence governance and digital transformation. With over 25 years of experience spanning Australia and Southeast Asia, he specialises in helping organisations and legal professionals navigate the complex intersection of emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks. Dr Darryl advises governments and enterprises on AI strategy and implementation. He holds a PhD in information systems, specifically on “the causes of failure in large scale IT projects”. He has published extensively on digital ethics, AI Governance and Risk Management. He is currently pursuing a second PhD in Law with a focus on ADR. Dr. Carlton is a fellow of the Australian Computer Society and currently divides his time between Australia and Thailand. |

Mr. Eric Chin - Director, NewLaw, PwC Singapore Mr. Eric Chin is the Legal Transformation Leader for PwC Singapore, specialising in legal innovation, legal process re-engineering, digital transformation, strategy, legal technology, legal and legal generative AI for legal departments and law firms. Eric also leads Legal Generative AI for the NewLaw practice in the Asia Pacific region. He is also engaged in building grassroots legal technology and legal innovation movement through the formation of ASEAN LegalTech Association and Legal Hackers Melbourne. |

Ms. Cheryl Chong - Partner, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Allen & Gledhill LLP Ms. Cheryl Chong is a commercial litigator who has represented clients before all levels of the Singapore courts and arbitral tribunals in a wide range of matters including shareholder and investment disputes, professional liability claims, defamation, criminal prosecutions and employment disputes. She has particular expertise in white collar and investigations, and regularly advises public and private companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on contentious issues such as fraud, internal investigations and employee misconduct. Her practice leverages various technology platforms and AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and facilitate document and information review, to deliver faster and more cost-efficient outcomes for clients. Allen & Gledhill is presently also developing its in-house Gen AI application using Large Language Models, to assist in various aspects of legal work. |

Mr. Christopher Church - Senior Forensics Specialist, INTERPOL Innovation Centre Mr. Christopher Church works for INTERPOL Innovation Centre as a Senior Forensics Specialist and assists 196 member countries in exploring, utilising and exploiting technologies that will assist law enforcement in their work. He also runs seven expert groups ranging from drones, immersive technologies to digital forensics and artificial intelligence in digital forensics. He also assists member countries in their work and investigations where innovative solutions are requested. INTERPOL connects the dots in technology for member countries through creating a bridge between academia, industry and law enforcement. |

Mr. Bryan Ghows - Managing Director, Ghows LLC, Singapore Bryan is an accomplished arbitrator and attorney specializing in technology and intellectual property. With over 40 years of experience, he excels in disputes and transactions across technology, IP, commercial contracts, and data protection. His career, marked by significant time in legal practice and in-house roles at Microsoft and IBM, profoundly informs his work as an arbitrator, mediator, and counsel. Practicing as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore, Bryan also holds non-practicing admissions in England & Wales and Washington state. His arbitration expertise covers intellectual property transactions, licensing, and technology solution implementations. This multi-jurisdictional background provides a significant advantage in understanding international industry practices and law. Mr. Geoff Green – External Relations Liaison for Australia, Asia Pacific Institute of Experts; Harbourside Advisory Pty Ltd Geoff is a Chartered Accountant and former registered liquidator, a Fellow and former National Board member of ARITA, and a member of the BFSLA Conference Planning committee. As External Relations Liaison for Australia he is working to establish an Australian Chapter of APIEx. He has significant banking experience with ANZ and NAB, and has given evidence to Senate and Joint Parliamentary Inquiries in Australia. He now works providing debt advisory/finance broking advice and acting as an expert in banking and financial restructuring matters. He has been engaged as an expert in more than 30 matters providing sole reports, joint reports and giving evidence concurrently; and his evidence has been accepted accepted without challenge (other than for admissibility), or preferred/adopted, in the Federal Court of Australia, Victorian Supreme Court, NSW Supreme Court, NSW Land and Environment Court, and the Singapore International Court. |

Mr. Tan Ken Hwee – Chief Transformation & Innovation Officer (Judiciary), Supreme Court of Singapore As Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer (Judiciary) at the Supreme Court, Ken Hwee looks after the transformation, digitalisation, innovation and technology plans of the Supreme Court, the State Courts and the Family Justice Courts. He has also been involved in related law reform work like the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 and the Courts (Civil and Criminal Justice) Reform Act 2021. He manages the Courts of the Future workplan for the Judiciary. Before taking on this role, Ken Hwee was the Chief Prosecutor in charge of the Financial and Technology Crime Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers. FTCD handled white-collar crime cases in Singapore, including cheating, criminal breach of trust, corruption, cybercrime, money laundering and terrorism financing, and Securities and Futures Act and Companies Act offences. Ken Hwee has also been a Senior State Counsel advising on Public International Law and a Senior Assistant Registrar in the Supreme Court. As State Counsel he also assisted in the development of key legislation like the Electronic Transactions Act 1998 and the Internet Code of Practice 1996 and various iterations of the Computer Misuse Act. He has held appointments as Chief Information Officer at the Attorney-General’s Chambers and at the Supreme Court. He has been involved in legal technology in Singapore since 1990. |

Mr. Rajesh Sreenivasan – Partner, Head of Technology, Media & Telecommunications Law Practice, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, Singapore Mr. Rajesh Sreenivasan is a Partner and Head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Law Practice at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP and the Coordinating Partner for the firm’s multidisciplinary and cross-practice Data and Digital Economy (DDE) Regional Sector Group. Dr. Eugene Seah – CEO, DLS Consultancy Pte Ltd Dr Eugene Seah is the CEO of DLS Consultancy Pte Ltd, a firm that provides Project Management, Cost and Contracts management, Contracts and Business Advisory that touches on Sustainability, Resilience , Digital and Technology. Ms. Seah Ee Wei - Senior Manager / AI Governance and Safety, Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) Ms. Seah Ee Wei is part of the AI Governance and Safety team in IMDA and the policy arm of the Singapore AI Safety Institute. Her team drives Singapore’s approach to AI governance through standards, guidelines and policies, growing the trustworthy AI ecosystem in Singapore by working with industry and other stakeholders. Specifically, she focuses on guidance for testing and evaluations for safe and responsible AI. She is trained in both law and computing, and was previously a government legal adviser and criminal prosecutor. |

Mr. Alexander Joseph Woon Wei-Ming - Provost’s Chair and Lecturer, School of Law, Singapore University of Social Sciences Alexander Woon is Provost’s Chair and Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), School of Law. Alexander is the course leader for Criminal Law, and also Law and Emerging Technologies. He is concurrently a practicing lawyer with RHTLaw Asia. Alexander was previously a Deputy Public Prosecutor/State Counsel with the Attorney-General’s Chambers (“AGC”), Financial and Technology Crime Division, concurrently appointed to the Technology Crime Unit. He specialises in white collar and technology crime, having received specialised training in these fields, including training by legal experts and INTERPOL. Thereafter, Alexander was Deputy Director as the Office of Transformation and Innovation (Judiciary). He worked on implementing legal technology across Singapore’s court system, including, for example, the unified Judiciary website, the Authentic Court Orders system, and the e-Divorce service. |

Dr. You Chuanman - Senior Lecturer, School of Law, Singapore University of Social Sciences Dr Chuanman You is currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Law, Singapore University of Social Sciences, where he specialises in the areas of corporate and financial regulation, law and artificial intelligence, data and platform governance, geopolitics and global sanctions. He was appointed as a Council Member of the Law Society of Shenzhen, China (2024-2029). Prior to joining SUSS Law, Dr You has worked at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, and Tel Aviv University. Dr You obtained his PhD from England focusing on comparative takeover regulation and path dependency theory. He additionally holds a Master Degree in Law and Economics (EMLE) from Germany, an MPhil in Law and History and an LLB in Civil and Commercial Law from China. Dr You has published extensively in leading academic outlets, including the Journal of Business Law, Computer Law & Security Review, and the Capital Markets Law Journal. Frequently featured in international media such as Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, and the South China Morning Post, Dr You is recognised for his expertise in China’s evolving regulatory environment. He regularly presents at global conferences on issues ranging from financial technology and platform governance to cross-border mergers and acquisitions. |
