APIEx Inaugural KL Seminar: “Reimagining Expert Evidence in Construction Disputes - Protocols, Practice and Perspectives” (27 February 2026)
The Management Committee and Secretariat of Asia Pacific Institute of Experts (APIEx) are pleased to have successfully concluded our first ever seminar in Malaysia at the beautiful Asian International Arbitration Centre auditorium attended by more than 100 experts, arbitrators and lawyers.
All 3 sessions featured well-moderated, lively and thought-provoking discussions with engaging speakers who showcased a breadth and depth of experience and knowledge that kept the audience enthralled right to the end.
Before the seminar begin, the charismatic and ever-gracious Dato Mary Lim Thiam Suan hosted representives from APIEx and Society of Construction Law - Singapore at her lovely office at the AIAC.
