APIEx Workshop 2025 - AI as Evidence: Navigating the Challenges of Generative AI in Expert Testimony (20 November 2025)

We also had a very engaging and interactive discussion at the Asia Pacific Institute of Experts (APIEx) workshop on “AI as Evidence: Navigating the Challenges of Gen AI in Expert Testimony” led by the incomparable indefatigable Darryl Carlton. Feedback from participants was excellent with many calling for a further and more in-depth session.
