Terms and Conditions

1. I declare that the information I am providing in support of this application is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. I will immediately inform the APIEx of any material changes to this information. This includes but is not limited to, any information about professional conduct and criminal convictions (other than minor motoring offences).
2. I declare that if APIEx decides to admit me to membership, I undertake to abide by the Constitution of APIEx (and any alteration or amendment to it) and to comply with such rules made under it.
3. I understand that my APIEx membership is personal to me and non-transferable.
4. The membership year of APIEx commences 1 January and ends 31 December. My membership term will commence only upon the approval of my application from such date as APIEx may notify me and will expire on 31 December.
5. I understand that my application will only be processed upon receipt by APIEx of all payments due and I undertake to make payment of the relevant Membership Entrance Fee and Annual Subscription Fee together with this application as set out in the table below. I agree that the Membership Entrance Fee and Annual Subscription Fee paid for my approved category of membership are not refundable.
6. By submitting personal data to support this application, I consent to APIEx’s collection, use, processing and disclosure of such personal data in accordance with APIEx’s Data Privacy Policy and these terms and conditions. I agree that APIEx may collect, use and disclose the information (including any personal data) provided under these terms and conditions to:
- assess and process the application for membership;
- administer my membership;
- provide benefits, support, services and information offered under the membership and/or requested by a member, (including listing in any member dkirectory or listing, and marketing information);
- conduct and publish research studies;
- manage and facilitate the business and administrative operations of APIEx and complying with internal policies and procedures; and/or
- comply with applicable rules, laws and regulations, codes of practice or guidelines or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Member of APIEx.
Please ensure you select the correct membership category before proceeding (Associate - for lawyers and users of expert witness services only) and Provisional, Individual or Fellow (for Experts only, depending on your level of experience as an expert witness).
Then you would need to complete all the required tabs/fields and upload the required supporting documents before you would be able to submit your application. The list of supporting documents required were set out on the preceding page.

Only after clicking the "Sign Up" button should you follow up with payment as follows:

1. ONLINE CREDIT CARD: CLICK HERE. If you have paid online via credit card using the PayPal link provided on our website, we shall be in touch with you shortly.
